Fusheng Realty started as a family agency in Taiping, Taichung. In 2022 it became a franchise store of U-Trust, a Yungching Group brand. Here is who we are, who stands behind us, and how you can check it.
Our story
The business began as Daxi Realty (大喜房屋), a family agency that worked the Taiping district for more than twenty years. In 2022 the team joined U-Trust (有巢氏房屋) and reopened as the U-Trust Taiping Zhongshan Fusheng store. The brand brought a national listings network and brand systems; the team brought what it already had: local knowledge and a client base built one street at a time.
Today the office is one of two stores run by the same team: Fusheng Realty in Taiping, and a sister U-Trust store near the Jiushe MRT station in Beitun, working with the same land agents and the same process.
Three companies, one process
- The brokerage — U-Trust Taiping Zhongshan Fusheng store: buying, selling, pricing and marketing.
- The land administration office — Chungyou Land Administration Office (中友聯合代書事務所) with our in-house land agents: contracts, taxes and title registration.
- Property management — Fusheng Property Management Co., Ltd. (富盛物業有限公司): leasing, rent collection, repairs and inspections after completion.
In the community
The team supports local charities, including the Eden Social Welfare Foundation and a Taichung children's home, and adopted the store cat that now greets visitors.

Questions about us
What is the relationship between Fusheng Realty and U-Trust?
Fusheng Real Estate Co., Ltd. (富盛地產有限公司) is the company that operates the U-Trust Taiping Zhongshan Fusheng franchise store (有巢氏房屋太平中山富盛加盟店). The two names refer to the same team. U-Trust is a Yungching Group brand.
Is Fusheng Realty a licensed agency?
Yes. The company is registered with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and operates as an official U-Trust franchise store. All 17 advisers hold the national real-estate sales licence or broker licence, and three are licensed land administration agents. The brokerage licence is displayed in the store.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Taichung City. The office is in Taiping District on the east side of the city, and through the U-Trust joint-selling network we also handle homes in other districts.
Who handles the legal side of a purchase?
Title transfer, inheritance and gift registrations are handled by our in-house land administration agents together with Chungyou Land Administration Office (中友聯合代書事務所). You do not need to hire a separate agent.
What happens after I move in or move out?
Fusheng Property Management Co., Ltd. (富盛物業有限公司) takes over leasing, rent collection, repairs and inspections, so an owner who leaves Taiwan keeps one point of contact.
